Sonic Guild

On the road again… We’ve all heard the song. The romantic notion of traveling town to town like a troubadour is etched into music history. Unfortunately, these days, it can feel like you need a small fortune just to get from city to city. Rising costs for fuel, flights, lodging, food, equipment, and staffing have significantly reduced touring profitability.

Founded in 2013, the nonprofit Sonic Guild has championed local musicians through millions of dollars in grants while creating unforgettable live music experiences that fuel discovery, community, and connection. Their Tour Support Program provides targeted “accelerator” grants of up to $1,500 to support touring artists and bands as they build audiences outside their home market. Working with the Sonic Guild team, we created a special 32 Bar Blues Tour Support Program open to jazz, blues, and roots music artists seeking assistance with upcoming tours. One hundred percent of the profits from sales of our Sonic Guild T-shirt will go toward this program. Jazz, blues, and roots music artists are encouraged to apply here.
