We want you to love what you ordered - and we back everything with a 90-day guarantee. If - for whatever reason - our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 3 months of purchase for an exchange or refund.
For your convenience, a prepaid UPS Ground return label has been provided in your package. Should you decide to use the prepaid label, there will be an $8.50 charge to your account. Please remove any previous shipping labels and affix the label to your return package on the largest side, and take it to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Access Point, or UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or locate a drop off point near you at https://www.ups.com/dropoff/. Shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required.
You can also send the package back to us at your own expense. If you pay the return postage yourself and do not use the label provided, you will not be charged a fee. Please include your invoice and contact information in the package.
